What are we looking for?

Purpose of Role

To supervise the day to day operations of Immersive | LDN.


To open and close the building in accordance with the set procedure.

To carry out Fire and Health & Safety Checks of the entire building at the start of each shift and action any areas of concern.

To work with the FOH Manager to ensure the building is fully compliant with Health & Safety, Licensing and Fire Policies.

To undertake and record all regular compliance checks.

Ensure all activities within the building operate within their Risk Assessments, and that the maximum capacity of each space is not exceeded.

To ensure all public areas are well presented at all times including hourly toilet checks.

To compile an accurate and timely EOD report.

To act as the designated Fire Marshal and First Aider whilst onsite.

To work with the FOH manager with Waste Management.

To work closely with the multiple venue management teams and hires to ensure safety of audiences and members of the public onsite.

Undertake any other duties that fall within the role.

Qualifications & Experience

A background in Front of House and Duty Management.

Qualifications in First Aid and Fire Safety.

Working knowledge of Immersive Theatre.

Previous experience of working in a multi-space venue.

Previous experience of running external hires.

Capabilities and Characteristics

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to make quick decisions and perform well under pressure.

An interest in venue operations.

Experience delivering excellent customer service.

A positive and flexible approach to work.

What can you expect from the role?


£12 hr.

0 Hr Contract, casual hours.

Working Conditions

Rota’s will be created on a monthly basis, but please be aware events can be added at the last minute!

Must be able to work daytimes, evenings and weekends.

Physical Requirements

Some Physical Labour required.
