What are we looking for?

Purpose of Role

  • To Provide excellent customer service and patron experience

  • To be able to be ‘in world’ with our audiences and assist with audience queries and audience flow


  • Selling and promoting the brochure to our audiences

  • Ensuring that all audience facing areas are highly maintained

  • Providing queue management and ticketing scanning for patron admittance

  • To ensure the outgoing of the show runs smoothly

  • Distributing access equipment as required

  • Operating the cloakroom

  • Assisting patrons with access requirements

  • Assisting in emergency situations to ensure the wellbeing of our patrons

  • Other responsibilities that would typically fall under this role.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in a similar role – preferably in immersive theatre.

  • Excellent proven customer service skills.

  • Enthusiastic, solution focused attitude to work.

  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal and good written communication skills
