What are we looking for?
Purpose of Role
To Provide excellent customer service and patron experience
To be able to be ‘in world’ with our audiences and assist with audience queries and audience flow
Selling and promoting the brochure to our audiences
Ensuring that all audience facing areas are highly maintained
Providing queue management and ticketing scanning for patron admittance
To ensure the outgoing of the show runs smoothly
Distributing access equipment as required
Operating the cloakroom
Assisting patrons with access requirements
Assisting in emergency situations to ensure the wellbeing of our patrons
Other responsibilities that would typically fall under this role.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience in a similar role – preferably in immersive theatre.
Excellent proven customer service skills.
Enthusiastic, solution focused attitude to work.
Excellent verbal and interpersonal and good written communication skills
