Purpose of Role
To ensure that guest experience is kept as the primary focus while ensuring food quality, presentation and the kitchen are kept to the highest standards. Paying close attention to ensuring all health & safety, compliance and food hygiene regulations are met.

Level 2 Food Safety minimum (Level 3 for HC/SC roles)

What can you expect from the role?
London Living Wage (£10.85) + Service Charge at a minimum. Senior positions will be based on experience and responsibility of the role.
